Ann Marie Wood-Seems is a coach with a passion for coaching individuals in a Career and Leadership capacity.

She is an experienced professional, starting her career in private industry earning a Chartered Professional Accounting designation. She held leadership roles for over 25 years in industry and government, developing strong Performance Improvement, Change Management, mentoring and coaching skills.

Being coached for many years and adopting a “coach approach” to leadership helped her discover her true passion – coaching. Ann Marie is an Associate Certified Coach with an EQ-i 2.0 certification who works with clients to bring increased clarity to allow them to more effectively realize professional or personal goals.

In 2020, Ann Marie started dedicating more time to coaching and has continued to grow the business. Her most recent coaching assignments have involved coaching through career/personal transitions. Ann Marie is an avid pickleball player and gives back to the community through her volunteer efforts. She is currently the President of the Fredericton Pickleball Club Inc. and is past treasurer of the International Coaching Federation Atlantic Chapter.
