Ruth is energized by helping people achieve their potential. Whether that is asking respectful and challenging questions in order to get to the best result or listening and supporting while people navigate their own path.
She founded Anthrogrand after spending 25 years figuring out how to build people capability in support of business strategy for large multi-national organizations in Canada, the United States and beyond. Since leaving a senior HR leadership role in 2019, Ruth has provided fractional HR leadership support for organizations of varying size, age and stage. She has also spent the past several years establishing a coaching practice, that leverages her extensive HR leadership experience and business insights.
Ruth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Huron University at Western University and is an accredited ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She is a certified practitioner of EQ-i 2.0 and EQ-i 360, Thomas International PPA (DISC); Lumina Leader and Lumina Spark and has worked with a variety of other leadership development tools and assessments over the course of her career.
