After a 37-year career as an executive in the IT software and services industry, Nikki Moberly now serves as the Founder of Big Breakthroughs Coaching. She specializes in executive coaching, group coaching and facilitation, and strategic planning. She was voted one of the 15 Best Coaches in the Washington D.C. area.

As a businessperson who became an Executive Coach, Nikki has a pragmatic coaching style focused on business outcomes and leader transformation. She works with senior leaders and C-Suite executives on communicating with impact, cross-functional leadership, stakeholder engagement and management, navigating uncertainty and leading change.

She completed her coaching certification at George Mason University in 2016 and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a Conscious Business Coach (CBC). Nikki develops other coaches through her work as an ICF-Certified Mentor Coach (CMC) and as an adjunct faculty member at George Mason University’s coaching program building the next generation of world-class coaches.
