As an educator and manager with more than 25 years experience in training delivery, Kim possesses a wealth of experience and knowledge. She has delivered hundreds of training sessions in a variety of topic areas including leadership, coaching, effective communication, team building, conflict management, time and life management, supervisory skills, and instructional design.
Kim models, teaches and coaches leaders how to design action plans and facilitate conversations and relationships to get the best results from individuals and groups. Kim combines academic achievement with practical experience as a teacher, coach and manager in both public and private organizations. Kim is an experienced consultant and coach who continuously receives excellent reviews from clients. She is known for her fun, dynamic and interactive style, and brings a sophisticated but down-to-earth approach to her delivery.
Kim has a Bachelors degree in Adult Education from the University of Alberta, in Edmonton, and a Masters Degree in Leadership and Training, and a Certificate in Executive Coaching, from Royal Roads University in Victoria, Canada. Kim is an Executive Coach who holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She possesses several facilitation and international training program certifications, and is a certified MBTI, SDI, EQ360 and DiSC practitioner.
Personally, Kim recharges by getting out into nature, camping, kayaking, and biking in beautiful Nanaimo, British Columbia where she makes her home.
