Julia Coupal is a Professional Certified Coach with a Masters of Arts in Organizational Design and Effectiveness. Julia has spent over 30 years coaching, mentoring and building talent in her roles as a leader, consultant and coach. She has held leadership positions in one of Canada’s largest and oldest companies, and acted as a consultant and coach in a variety of industries including high tech, finance, transportation, pharmaceutical and healthcare, telecommunications, retail, construction, manufacturing and government.

Her career has focused on talent management, change management and organizational effectiveness, working with individuals and organizations to enhance their leadership and support large scale change. Julia has worked across Canada, the United States, Europe and Asia with national and global organizations from start-ups to Fortune 100.

Julia is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 3000 hours of coaching experience. She also volunteers as a coach with the Humanitarian Coaching Network serving humanitarian staff in the most isolated and complex posts.
