Emerging Leadership Scholarship Program \ PowerUp Leadership

PowerUp Leadership is proud to present the Emerging Leadership Scholarship Program, a transformative initiative designed to empower youth aged 16–25. Now in its fifth year, this program reflects our commitment to fostering potential, promoting education, and helping young leaders create lasting change in their communities.

This program is more than just an award, it’s a growth-focused platform providing participants with tools and coaching to help them unlock their full potential and achieve their leadership goals.

What the Scholarship Includes

Recipients of the Emerging Leadership Scholarship will receive:

Three 1-hour coaching sessions via teleconference to set meaningful goals and overcome challenges.
A DiSC Communications Workplace Assessment to enhance self-awareness and communication skills.
A formal Scholarship Certificate, recognizing them as an Emerging Leadership Coaching Scholar.
$500 Cash Award.

Are you passionate about leadership and ready to take the next step in your journey? Applications for the 2026 Emerging Leadership Scholarship Program will open in January 2026.

Application Requirements:

Applicants will be required to provide a 90-120 second video submission sharing their thoughts on what inspired leadership means to them, how they think they can benefit from coaching, and what their top three challenges are right now. This video will help us better understand your perspective and passion for leadership.
