One of the coaches at PowerUp Leadership acted as my mentor over 3 to 4 months. Initially, I was sceptical, I’ve been around the block a few times, as what could the process offer me, but I was very much mistaken.
The coach was an amazing mentor. They had a relaxing, charming manner which helps as they asked some very challenging introspective questions.
The coach helped me work through a long-entrenched behaviour, throwing my professional and personal life out of balance, and was able to help me not only realize what was important but how to achieve it.
