I worked with Susan through two very different, but equally challenging projects. One with HR and one with Policy, both came with exceptional support, trust and care. One outcome I was not prepared for or paid for was her coaching and support in leadership at the time when I was about to grow into my first executive position. She has always been there to talk and discuss so beyond the work, I have appreciated her attention to empathy with what she does each day.
