Janice MacPherson is a certified coach and HR professional with more than 20 years experience. She has spent her career working in small and medium-sized businesses and the non-profit sector, where she has gained experience in leadership, HR, and operations.

She currently works in her own company, MacPherson Consulting. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR). She is certified in the EQi 2.0 assessment tool and has completed the Organizational and Systems Relationship Coaching (ORSC) Fundamentals course. She has also completed the Dare to Lead training (Brene Brown). Janice received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Prince Edward Island and her HR Management Certificate from Mount Royal University.
